Project Safety Supervisor

Facilitate daily toolbox talks, briefing workers on task-specific hazards and applicable control measures prior to commencement of work.

Conduct thorough investigations of accidents and near-miss incidents; compile and close out all Accident Investigation Reports in line with regulatory requirements.

Track HSE performance metrics and produce regular reports for the Department Head to support data-driven decision-making.

Assist in developing project-specific HSE procedures, policies, and guidelines to ensure alignment with company and client standards.

Deliver HSE induction training and orientations for all new contractor employees prior to site mobilisation.

Ensure all worksites maintain full compliance with company safety policies, legislative requirements, and industry standards.

Support the HSE Manager in planning, coordinating, and implementing effective HSE strategies across the project.

Safety Supervisor

Provided safety guidance to workers, drivers, and management on accident prevention, property protection, and reputational risk mitigation.

Actively participated in implementing an effective HSE Management System and managing occupational risk across the project.

Supervised all site safety activities including issuance of work permits, review and approval of Method Statements and Risk Assessments, and enforcement of safe working methods.

Led incident and accident investigation close-out processes; conducted weekly toolbox meetings and biweekly contractor safety committee meetings.
