Provide technical HSE support to Project and Operations teams, ensuring safety considerations are integrated into all phases of project execution and service installation activities. Attend pre-job, planning, and client meetings as the HSE representative to address safety-related concerns and confirm proper solutions are in place before work commences. Ensure a formal risk assessment is completed and approved before the start of every task, supporting zero-incident project delivery. Deliver HSE induction training and orientations for all new contractor employees prior to site mobilisation, ensuring teams are fully briefed before deployment. Perform equipment and facility audits to detect existing or potential hazards; determine corrective and preventive measures and follow up on implementation to close out findings. Enforced Permit to Work (PTW) requirements for all high-risk tasks including work at height, confined space entry, and hot work, ensuring work was authorised and controlled before proceeding.
