Project Safety Supervisor

Ensure a formal risk assessment is completed and approved before the commencement of every task, with particular emphasis on work at height and rope access activities.
Perform equipment and facility audits to detect existing or potential hazards; determine corrective and preventive measures and follow up on implementation.
Conduct thorough investigations of accidents and near-miss incidents, including fall-related and work-at-height events; compile and close out all Accident Investigation Reports in line with regulatory requirements.
Facilitate daily toolbox talks, briefing workers on task-specific hazards and applicable control measures, including fall protection and anchor point integrity, prior to commencement of work.
Deliver HSE induction training and orientations for all new contractor employees prior to site mobilisation, covering safe work at height and rescue procedures.
